12 week winter preparation plan
New for winter 2020, we're pleased to be able to offer a stand alone 12 week plan for beginner and intermediate cyclists who don't have the desire to engage a full time coach but feel that they will benefit from a regular plan.
You will receive a 12 week plan that gives you a selection of different sessions throughout the week including indoor options. You will also get access to our Facebook Group to ask any questions and share your experiences. There will also be a regular group zoom call where you can speak to us and others.
Priced at £200, this is less than £20 per week and gives you an easy to follow and manageable plan to see you through the winter.
