Prior to any plan being developed, a consultation will be required to understand where you are now and where you want to be. All aspects of your lifestyle are considered in order to make your training plan as suitable for you as possible.
Starter training plan
Intended for newcomers to the sport, this will be a realistic and achievable training plan that fits around your life and enables you to get the most out of your riding. All aspects of riding will be covered rather than just specialising in one particular aspect.
An initial consultation is needed, the first month plan will cost £80 with subsequent months charged at £40 per month.
Intermediate training plan
You’re past the novice stage and are happy with your riding but want to get more out of it. I can show you how to train ‘smarter,’ avoid getting stale and make the most of your training time.
Intended for the rider who has been cycling for a while and wants to know how to get more from their riding.
Maybe you have got the cycling ‘bug’ and want to ride some endurance events but don’t know what to do to get into shape – this is the plan for you.
The first months plan including consultation is £90 with subsequent months charged at £50.
