A choice of plans is available ranging from a 1 hour session covering the basic skills
required to start enjoying cycling up to escorted rides enabling personal and immediate
feedback whilst riding.
Coaching is no longer the preserve of the elite, it is used in all walks of life
to improve both capabilities and confidence so why not use it to get the most out
of your spare time?
All bike riders can benefit from coaching, be they complete beginners nervous about
heading out onto the open roads right the way up to competitive riders looking to
get that extra edge over the competition.
We appreciate that not all riders want to be slaves to their power meters or heart
rate monitors and just want to get out and enjoy riding. The training plans that
we put together are intended to not only improve your performance but also be enjoyable.
From an initial consultation, we will agree where you are now and where you want
to be in the future. We will then work with you to produce a realistic training
program that fits in with your lifestyle, is enjoyable and won’t leave you burned
out. We use Training Peaks software to provide clients training plans.
