Frequently Asked Questions

How do the training plans work?

After your initial contact, we will discuss your current state of fitness, your goals and how much time we have to achieve them.  I will then produce a training program for you to follow and agree further sessions.

How often will I get feedback?

Regular feedback at agreed intervals will be arranged during our initial contact.  We encourage people to raise any questions or concerns to us sooner rather than later so that we can help.

What would the benefit of an Escorted ride be?

You will get the benefit of immediate feedback on any aspect of your cycling, from your riding position and bike set-up to how you climb, descend and corner.  We will happily concentrate on any particular weaknesses you feel you would like to concentrate on.

What if I can’t keep up?

The escorted rides are ridden at your pace, the objective of them is to analyse and watch you, not ride you into the ground!

Where are the escorted rides?

I have various routes in and around Berkshire that I use although I can travel to you if there is a particular course you would like to ride.

Where do I have to take my bike to get it serviced?

I can pick up the bike from you if you are local, alternatively we can agree a mutually convenient plan around fixing it at your place or whilst you wait.

What components are used?

I use Shimano and Campagnolo brake / gear cables, Finish Line, Shimano and Campagnolo lubrication and Finish Line polish. Park and Shimano tools are primarily used.  Any parts that are needed will be authorised by the customer prior to fitting.

Please contact us if you have any more questions.
