- Wash bike
- Remove and re-treat seatpost with grease or carbon-grip, refit at correct torque setting
- Brake check and re-cable / fit new pads if necessary
- Gear check and re-cable if necessary
- Check and re-align derailleur hanger if necessary
- Check tyres and inflate to correct pressure
- Check handlebar and steerer assembly, refit at correct torque setting
- Degrease and re-lube the drive chain
- True wheels
- Polish frame and components
- Re-grease of relevant components such as the bottom bracket, wheel bearings and headset where appropriate
