Mont Ventoux. 20-23 September 2024
A climb that is on every cyclists bucket list, Mt Ventoux is a trip that'll create lasting memories.
Set alone in the stunning area of Provence, Mt Ventoux is visible from miles around. Surrounded by typical French villages and lavender fields, a trip to this area isn't just about climbing. It's about taking in the ambience, chilling and having a coffee and croissant at a cafe during the ride and relaxing with a glass of Rosé in the evening.
Upon arrival, we will take a short ride in the afternoon before the following day we ride Mont Ventoux. There is a 3 way challenge where riders will ride each of the three ascents. This is a tough day out and 100 miles in distance - that option is open to anyone but certainly not mandatory or expected. The following day we will ride a beautiful lap of the mountain, taking in some lovely rolling roads and lavender fields, enjoying the sight of but not the gradient of the Ventoux!
The last day sees us get a short ride in first thing before packing and transferring back to the airport.
It's a beautiful part of the world to ride and all cyclists should ride the Ventoux at least once. We reckon it's impossible not to love riding a bike in this area.
From £750 per person.
Transfers to and from Marseille airport are included for selected flights. The TGV station in Avignon is close by too.
