Join our weekly Zwift rides
For 2022 we are pleased to present our weekly Zwift training rides.
Tuesdays 6pm (UK time)
Thursday 7am (UK time)
Aimed primarily at riders training for the 2022 Dallaglio Cycle Slam but all are welcome to join.
At one hour in duration and riding a varied selection of routes, the aim is to encourage riders to push themselves a little - be it by aiming to ride harder or faster than they would normally, or by practicing to sit in a group and learn how to pace themselves with riding with others.
There is a good spread of abilities so don't worry if you can't hold the pace of the front riders. And if you do get dropped, don't worry - it happens to us all, just finish the ride and aim to improve gradually each week.
